This is the absolute best beach house that you will ever find! We had 4 adults and two littles (5yrs old and 18 mos). Easy access to the beach. The grands loved playing at the beach and putting toes in the water. A heated pool that our granddaughters loved as well as the adults. Lots of room to spread out and play. Great location for groceries and shopping. The decor is absolutely gorgeous. The owners are such a delight to work with and are so accommodating. You will not find a better place whether it’s at Christmas or Summer or any time in between. We LOVE this place!! I recommend this place all the time to family and friends.
Terri WaymanThis property is amazing, I can not put in words how much my family loved My Margaritaville Time. We had 7 total guest (4 adults, 3 children) . The kids spent most of their time in the game room, the heated pool and of course the beautiful beach that is just steps away. Grandma and Grandpa loved the views of the ocean from the deck while enjoying their morning coffee. Even on a rainy day the layout is the property kept the vacation going we tvs in every room and I already mentioned it but the game room downstairs!!! The communication during the booking , pre arrival , during our stay , and check out was simply amazing. Darrel sent us suggestions for the kids before we even arrived! Thank you Darrel for such a unforgettable family vacation !!! We will see you again in 2024! ( Of course we already rebooked our next spring break trip here before even departing!).
JONATHAN NI had high expectations when I booked My Margaritaville a year ago. It had been a few years since my family and I had been able to take a vacation and we were SO excited to stay here. Every aspect of My Margaritaville lived up to our expectations!! The house and property was perfect for our family! We had a total of 10 people in our group. (5 adults and 5 kids).It has plenty of room so that you can enjoy each other’s company without being too close. Every bedroom has an adjoining bathroom. The kitchen is huge and flows perfectly with the eating and living room area. The deck is just perfect for drinking your coffee on each morning and watching the waves or having cocktails just the evening and enjoying each others company. The teens and young adults loved the game room on the first floor and spent a considerable amount of time there
Angela NWe just returned from a fantastic stay at My Margaritaville! The house was perfect! Plenty of room for 6 adults to spread out. Amazing location, gorgeous private beach, pool was great, game room was a blast, corn hole tournaments for days, comfy beds, and a stocked kitchen. We can’t wait to come back! We have definitely found our new spot. The owner, Derral, was great to work with and was just a text away if we had any questions. Perfect stay.
April HThere is no possible way I can describe how incredible this property is. The attention to detail was the first thing that I noticed. “My Margaritaville” is one of the best VRBO properties I’ve ever stayed in. The interior is stunning. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The floors are absolutely gorgeous. The bedding and color schemes throughout the house are bright and cheerful. The upgrades are everywhere. My kids loved the pool and the waterfall. They easily walked from the ocean to the pool all day everyday. My youngest told me it was “the best vacation he’s ever gone on.”
Communication was easy, parking was abundant, you make friends with the people staying around you on the beach & the WiFi is excellent in case you need it (and a few times we did).
The beach house is stunning, safe, clean and we plan on returning.
We were even happier when we found out the beach was private to the Tang O Mar community.
The owners go above and beyond and the intrinsic details within the house and outside will make your jaw drop. The view of the emerald green ocean from the master bedroom is something I will never forget.
The beds were comfortable, the AC was the perfect temperature, the seating was perfect and our whole experience there shaped our standards for vacations in the years to follow.

Book this property – it has everything you need. Pack a few items and My Margaritaville will handle the rest.
Kathryn WNice place, great location. Description of property is a little confusing. Two bedrooms and bathrooms off the main room. Through a seating area there is access to two other bedrooms and bathrooms. This is apparently a new addition. The bathrooms are very nice but the bedrooms are a little tight but, adequate. The older section neeeds to have the floor refinished and it could use some rugs. The decor is a little over the top but appropriate for the name of the property. The kids and adults loved the pool. The large seating area at pool-side and on the balcony was wonderful and we used it extensively. Having a hose available to wash off the sand was also great. The large laundry room was used extensively and the size of the appliances was also good.
We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to anyone. Derral was great to work with and having him on-site was a big plus.
Cindy WGreat Beach House! We had 8 adults and 2 small children and space was great. 4 beds/baths and kids slept in a sitting room area. Decks were great with lots of seating and nice grill which we used a lot. Downstairs rec room was a plus with a 5th bath. Location in Miramar Beach was perfect if you don’t like huge crowds. Property comes with daily setup of 2 chairs/umbrella. Nice but not enough for 8 adults and it was $40/day for each 2 chair setup which was too pricey for us. Wish the property had a few chairs that guests could take to the beach. Only other criticism, the house needs more silverware . Otherwise we loved it!

We will be leaving really early in the morning so will not get to tell u in person.. but we have had great week !!! wasn’t sure what all we need to do but we started dish washer and trying to do all towels and took out the trash .. is there anything else we need to do ?? Derral DThis home is one of the best places to stay at on Miramar Beach. We have stayed here 4 times and I plan on staying next year. We love it This home now as a recreation room with pool table,putting green, and skeet ball.
Phyllis FWe could not have had a better week staying at this house! The house was perfect for the 8 of us, 5 adults and 3 kids. It is so easy to go back and forth to the beach and you are so secluded in your private area! The kids loved the game room and the pool. We loved everything about it!!! We are already looking at our dates for next summer!

Amy E.This house is all that it claims to be. The heated pool felt like a hot tub! The deck is awesome as well as the views from the living room, master bedroom, and guest room! The beach is a short walk from the house and you can easily go back and forth. This will be our go to house in Destin from now on! We are already planning to book for next year!
Amy EMy Margaritaville was everything and more then we hoped it would be! The decor is fantastic, the beds were very comfortable, the pool and deck were great and the proximity to the beach was magnificent. From the moment we stepped inside we felt like we had found paradise!
We ended up spending more time inside then we hoped, we were there for the “100 year flood” and were told by locals we had more rain in 2 days then they had gotten in the past few hurricane seasons combined! The house was big enough for 6 of us to each have our own space, having TV’s in each room was great. Even with the street flooded and being “stuck” as we could not drive our vehicle out due to the deep water on the road I couldn’t have asked for a better place to be stranded!
We all hope to come back to My Margaritaville so more memories can be made; we are just hoping Mother Nature will provide more sunshine next time!
katie jThis was my second stay at My Margaritaville and I loved it both times. The first visit was with my two daughters and the second visit was a girls get away. Everyone loved the house that is truly a BEACH HOME. I have no complaints nor do any of my friends or family have any complaints. I will be back to My Margaritaville every year if possible.
Jennifer BMy wife & I went with two other couples for a week’s vacation at My Margaritaville. The place was everything advertised, plus more. The attention to decorating detail was excellent, the colors inside & out were perfect. We spent most of our time relaxing on the porch & in the pool when not at the gorgeous beach. The restaurants around the area were excellent, have to get pizza from Jordano’s (delivery/pickup), Ocean Club supper club for a excellent dinner, fun places to eat at were Maguire’s Irish pub (specializes in ribs & steaks) & AJ’s (specializes in seafood awesome crab legs-but don’t get the grooper which they had listed as the house specialty-it was horrible & small portion) both in Destin-all on hwy. 98/Emerald Coast Parkway. We timed the weather perfectly, 85 & sunny every day except Friday. The only bad experience we had was the bedroom with the queen bed had no bottom sheet on the bed. I called the owner & a voice mail-never heard back from him, I called the local managing/housekeeping company they said they would call house keeping & get sheets over there right away. The sheets showed up the next day. There were a lot of burnt out light bulbs, we replaced what we could with the extras that were in the laundry room & moved some bulbs around to where we needed them. We also had no idea how to turn waterfall on, once we figured it out we never really used it that much because it was very loud-but very cool looking. Overall they were minor problems, the place was gorgeous & fun, we would not hesitate to re-rent the property again. The beach location was incredible & the pool made it all that much better.

Megan HProbably the best beach vacation we’ve ever had. I grew up in the Destin area and I’ve seen some typical beach boxes, but this place blows everything out of the water! Even though it rained almost every day we were there, the house definitely made up for weather. Can’t wait to come back again!
